SafeShell Sharing & Rewards FAQ

1. What rewards can I earn?

By sharing about SafeShell with your friends, you unlock free access to App Mode for 24 hours.

As a bonus, when certain community goals are met, everyone will receive additional rewards. The reward contents are a surprise for now so stay tuned!

2. How can I unlock more free usage time?

To prevent abuse of the invite mechanic, an account can only accumulate up to 24 hours of free access. When your free usage time is depleted, you may share again and unlock free access for 24 hours again.

3. What do the people I invite to SafeShell receive?

All new users to SafeShell can use App Mode for free (so long as they too, share to unlock free access!).

Additionally, all new users are eligible for a 3-day free trial for our membership plans.

4. I shared but did not receive 24 hours of free access

Free usage time must be fully depleted (00:00:00) to receive another set of 24 hours free access.

There are also some rare cases where you clicked to share too quickly and the system was unable to detect the action. In such instances, sharing again should resolve the issue.

5. When do the community goals reset?

The current set of community goals is set to expire on 31 May 2025.
