When using SafeShell VPN, you may encounter configuration failure, preventing the VPN from working correctly.
Our system has detected that this is usually due to a configuration conflict. Please follow the steps below to check and resolve the issue.
Resolution Steps
1. Disable the “Always-On” VPN Setting

Ensure that SafeShell VPN is enabled.

In the VPN configuration list, check for any other VPN applications with the “Always-On” setting.

Disable the “Always-On” setting for any other VPN applications, as this may prevent SafeShell VPN from configuring properly if enabled on other VPNs.
2. For OPPO Devices Only

Enable the permission to create a VPN.

Go to your device’s “App Management” settings and allow SafeShell VPN to create a VPN.
